Kalind Ltd Enters Framework Agreement with Dharan International to Target African Infrastructure Projects

Kalind Limited, formerly known as Arunis Abode Limited, has signed a Framework Teaming and Conditional Subcontracting Agreement with Dharan International Limited, based in the United Kingdom. The agreement, effective July 23, 2026, aims to establish a structure for jointly identifying, bidding for, and executing infrastructure opportunities across Africa.

The alliance provides a non-exclusive framework arrangement designed to facilitate participation in government and private-sector infrastructure projects throughout the African continent. Under the terms of the agreement, Dharan International Limited will be responsible for originating and coordinating these opportunities. Kalind Ltd, meanwhile, will provide technical expertise and approved credentials, with the possibility of executing agreed subcontract work should a project be successfully awarded.

The relationship is defined such that individual projects pursued under this framework must be governed by separate project-specific agreements. The agreement does not create a joint venture nor does it guarantee any minimum business or revenue commitment to either party.

Agreement Details and Impact

The partnership between Kalind Ltd and Dharan International Limited outlines specific operational roles and terms regarding the pursuit of these opportunities.

Key aspects of the collaboration include:
  • Purpose: To establish a framework for jointly identifying, bidding for, and executing infrastructure opportunities across Africa.
  • Roles: Dharan shall originate and coordinate opportunities, while Kalind Ltd will provide technical expertise and approved credentials.
  • Nature: The relationship is non-exclusive, and both parties are independent from the perspective of promoter/promoter group affiliation.
  • Duration: The initial term of the agreement is three years, with provision for automatic renewal for successive one-year periods as specified in the contract.

The agreement is expected to enhance Kalind Limited’s opportunities to participate in infrastructure projects across Africa. However, the company stressed that it does not assure any immediate order or revenue commitment, and actual business outcomes are contingent upon successfully winning individual projects and executing definitive project specific agreements.

Stock Price Movement

Kalind Ltd shares settled at ₹11.29 in post-market trading on Friday, ticking up 4.93%. The stock traded within a daily range between a low of ₹10.88 and a high of ₹11.29.
