Jupiter Infomedia Limited announced that Umesh Vasantlal Modi, a Promoter and Managing Director, disposed of shares in the open market on March 24, 2026.According to a regulatory filing, Modi sold 400,000 shares, representing 3.99% of the company's total share/voting capital and diluted share/voting capital. This sale reduced his holdings to 14,27,872 shares, or 14.25% of the total share/voting capital and diluted share/voting capital.
