Jupiter Infomedia Announces Leadership Changes at Netlink Solutions Following Open Offer
Mumbai – March 26, 2026 – Jupiter Infomedia Ltd. today announced changes in leadership at its material subsidiary, Netlink Solutions (India) Limited, following the completion of an open offer. The open offer was made by M/s Arix Capital Limited, Mrs. Kajal Gopal Baldha, and Mr. Punitbhai Bavanjibhai Lakkad, collectively referred to as the Acquirers, under the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. This action stems from the Acquirers’ acquisition of 51.00% of the paid-up equity share capital of Jupiter Infomedia Limited, the holding company of Netlink Solutions (India) Limited.As a result of the change in management and control, Mr. Minesh Vasantlal Modi and Mrs. Rupa Minesh Modi have resigned from their positions as Whole-Time Directors of Netlink Solutions (India) Limited, effective March 26, 2026. Their resignation extends to their roles within all Board Committees.
These changes signify that Mr. Minesh Vasantlal Modi and Mrs. Rupa Minesh Modi no longer hold control or management over the affairs of Netlink Solutions (India) Limited.
