He resigned not only as CFO of Juniper Hotels Ltd but also in the same capacity at Chartered Hotels Private Limited.
The company confirmed that it is actively involved in identifying and appointing a replacement Chief Financial Officer within the necessary timeframe prescribed by applicable laws.
