Jubilant FoodWorks Will Not Renew Dunkin' Development Agreement​

Jubilant FoodWorks Limited announced the non-renewal of its development rights for the Dunkin’ brand in India, following a board meeting held on March 30, 2026. The current development term, outlined in a Multiple Unit Development Franchise Agreement dated February 24, 2011, expires on December 31, 2026.

The company stated that it will evaluate and undertake appropriate actions regarding its existing Dunkin’ brand operations, which may include rationalization, cessation of operations, sale of assets, or transfer of franchise rights, in consultation with Dunkin’ brand owners and in accordance with contractual obligations.

According to financial data for fiscal year 2024-25, Dunkin' contributed revenue of INR 372.37 million, representing 0.61% of Jubilant FoodWorks’ total revenue. The brand's profit after tax was INR (191.24) million, a negative 9.85% impact on the company's overall profitability.

The decision is not expected to have a material operational or financial impact on Jubilant FoodWorks.
