Jubilant FoodWorks Renews Master Franchise Agreements with Domino's Pizza International​

Jubilant FoodWorks Limited announced on April 1, 2026, the renewal of its Master Franchise Agreement with Domino's Pizza International Franchising Inc. (DPIF). The agreement grants Jubilant FoodWorks the exclusive franchise rights to develop and operate Domino’s Pizza stores in India for a term of 15 years, with an option for a further 10-year renewal.

Additionally, Jubilant FoodWorks’ existing franchise rights for Domino’s Pizza stores in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh have also been renewed, with new master franchise agreements to be executed in a similar form to the India agreement.

The agreements cover the rights to develop and operate Domino’s Pizza stores, use trademarks, systems, and intellectual property, as well as establish and operate supply chain and distribution infrastructure. Details of the consideration paid are as per the commercial terms within the respective agreements.

The renewal strengthens Jubilant FoodWorks’ long-standing strategic collaboration with DPIF and ensures the continuity of operations under the Domino’s brand.
