The restriction, implemented in accordance with the company’s code of conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, will be in effect from April 1, 2026, and will remain closed for 48 hours following the declaration of the audited financial results for the year ending March 31, 2026.The date for the board meeting to consider and approve the audited financial results will be announced at a later time.
