JSW Infrastructure Limited announced the successful closure of its Offer for Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) on June 25, 2026. The company's Finance Committee approved the placement, which involves a combination of fresh issue shares and an offer for sale by the Promoter Selling Shareholder, Sajjan Jindal Family Trust.

The placement was finalized after confirming the receipt of application forms and funds from eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs). This move solidifies the company's capital structure through a qualified institutional offering mechanism.

As per the approved resolution, the total allocation across both components amounts to 26,32,52,427 Equity Shares.

Key details of the placement are as follows:

  • Fresh Issue Allocation: JSW Infrastructure allotted 23,00,00,000 Equity Shares through the fresh issue component of the QIP.
  • Promoter Offer for Sale: Sajjan Jindal Family Trust contributed an additional 3,32,52,427 Equity Shares via the Offer for Sale.

The shares were offered at a fixed price of ₹ 285.00 per Equity Share. This offer was priced at a discount of ₹ 5.35 per Equity Share (1.84%) against the floor price of ₹ 290.35 per Equity Share. The resolution also noted a premium of ₹ 283.00 per Equity Share over the floor price for the eligible qualified institutional buyers.

The Finance Committee, which met on June 25, 2026, approved and finalized all aspects pertaining to the placement document, enabling the completion of the offer process. JSW Infrastructure confirmed that it is proceeding with the allotment and subsequent confirmation notice to the QIBs.

Shares of JSW Infrastructure Limited slipped on Thursday, shedding ₹7.90 to close at ₹329.90 after falling 2.33% from the previous day’s close. The equity saw a total traded volume of 8.08 million shares during the session.
