JSW Cement Ltd. has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, JSW CEMENT MIDDLEEAST L.L.C - SPC, in Fujairah, UAE, under the jurisdiction of Fujairah Municipality. The incorporation was completed on March 24, 2026.The new entity, operating within the cement industry, will undertake cement-related business activities and related operations. JSW Cement subscribed to the share capital of JSW CEMENT MIDDLEEAST L.L.C - SPC with AED 100,000 in cash. The subsidiary represents 100% ownership for JSW Cement.
