Jolly Plastic Industries Approves State Shift, Key Appointments at Board Meeting​

Regarding compliance and meeting procedures, the Board appointed Mr. Sandeep Kumar Singh, a Chartered Accountant (Membership No.: 511685), as the Scrutinizer to ensure a fair e-voting process for the AGM.

The company also finalized its appointment of Statutory Auditor. After deliberation, the Board approved M/s ALPS & Co. (Firm Registration No. 313132E) as the Statutory Auditor, replacing the previously appointed P.K. Drolia & Co.

Annexure I details the change in designation of Mr. Braj Mohan Singh (DIN: 05229527), who held the roles of Managing Director and CFO. The date of cessation for his previous role was recorded as July 3, 2026. Mr. Singh confirmed that he has no other material reasons or additional information to disclose regarding this change, and it was noted that he is not related to any of the company's Directors.
