After adjudication, the GST Department dropped a significant portion of the demand, amounting to ₹252.32 lakh. However, a demand of ₹11.52 lakh, along with an equivalent penalty, was upheld.
The company has initiated the process of filing an appeal against the disallowance of ₹11.52 lakh. The incident involved the GST Department disallowing excess Input Tax Credit (ITC). There are no expected financial implications related to this matter.
