Jay Shree Tea & Industries Ltd. has informed the National Stock Exchange of India, the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd., and the Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd. regarding a trading window closure. This action is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s internal code of conduct designed to regulate and monitor trading by insiders.The trading window will be closed from April 1, 2025, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
The date for the upcoming board meeting, which will consider the aforementioned financial results, will be announced at a later date.
