
Jain Resource Recycling Limited Acquires Equity Shares in Captive Generating Plants
Jain Resource Recycling Limited announced the acquisition of equity shares in three captive generating plant (CGP) companies, Sea Sindu Green Energy Private Limited, Sri Kamakshi Wind Power Private Limited, and OMSakthi Wind Power Private Limited, for the purpose of captive use of electricity.The Borrowing and Investment Committee of the Board of Directors approved the acquisitions at a meeting held on March 30, 2026.
The company acquired 26% equity shareholding in each entity. The consideration for the acquisitions was as follows:
