Jagsonpal Services Ltd. Closes Trading Window Ahead of Financial Results
Mumbai – March 24, 2026 – Jagsonpal Services Ltd. announced the closure of its trading window for securities, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This action is in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, are declared.
During this period, Designated persons, Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company’s equity shares.
