J.A. Finance Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their relatives. The restriction, implemented in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, began on April 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026.The date for the board meeting to approve the audited financial results will be communicated at a later time.
