iStreet Network Ltd. Allots Equity Shares Following Warrant Conversion​

iStreet Network Ltd. announced on March 27, 2026, the allotment of 11,16,667 equity shares following the conversion of an equal number of warrants. The conversion was approved by the Board of Directors through a circular resolution.

The company received ₹ 50,24,999 (Rupees Fifty Lakhs Twenty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine Only) from the conversion, with each warrant holder paying ₹ 4.5, representing 75% of the original warrant issue price of ₹ 6.

The newly allotted equity shares rank pari-passu with existing shares, entitling them to dividends. As a result of the allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital has increased from ₹ 27,32,00,008 (Twenty-Seven Crore Thirty-Two Lacs and Eight Only) to ₹ 27,76,66,676 (Twenty-Seven Crore Seventy-Six Lacs Sixty-Six Thousand Six Hundred and Seventy-Six Only).

The warrants were initially allotted on November 28, 2025, carrying the right to subscribe to one equity share per warrant upon payment of ₹ 1.5 per warrant.
