IREDA Declares Interim Dividend of ₹0.60 per Share for Fiscal Year 2025-26​

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) announced on March 25, 2026, that its Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of ₹0.60 per equity share, equivalent to 6% of the face value of ₹10 per share, for the financial year 2025-26.

The record date for the interim dividend payout is set for April 2, 2026. The dividend is expected to be paid within 30 days of the declaration date.

In accordance with the Income Tax Act of 1961, applicable taxes will be deducted at source (TDS) during the dividend payment process. Shareholders seeking a lower tax rate or exemption are required to submit scanned copies of their PAN, Form 15G/15H, and other necessary documents by April 2, 2026, via https://web.in.mpms.mufg.com/formsreg/submission-of-form-15g-15h.html#.

The company noted that dividend payments will be made exclusively through electronic mode, discontinuing physical instruments such as checks or warrants. Shareholders are advised to update their bank account details with their Depository Participant (DP) to facilitate timely credit of the dividend.

The trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will open on March 28, 2026.
