IRCON International Announces Trading Window Closure
New Delhi, March 24, 2026 – IRCON International Ltd. announced today that its trading window will be closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the public disclosure of the company’s financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.The decision adheres to the company's internal code of conduct concerning the prevention of insider trading, as stipulated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations.
A separate notification will be issued regarding the board meeting scheduled to consider the financial results for the period ending March 31, 2026.
