
IRB Infrastructure Reports ₹746 Crore Toll Revenue in February 2026, Up 22% YoY
Strong Traffic Growth Drives Higher Toll Collections
IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd announced on Saturday that the IRB Group recorded toll revenue of ₹746 crore in February 2026, marking a year on year increase of about 22 percent compared with ₹614 crore reported in February 2025.The company said the aggregate toll collections across its three entities rose approximately 22 percent during the month, reflecting strong traffic growth across its road assets.
Revenue Generated Across Three IRB Entities
The toll revenue includes collections generated by three entities within the group:- IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited
- IRB Infrastructure Trust, a listed private InvIT
- IRB InvIT Fund, a listed public InvIT
Key Contribution from Major Toll Assets
Among the group’s 24 toll assets, IRB MP Expressway in Maharashtra recorded the highest contribution to toll collections. The asset generated ₹148.2 crore in February 2026, compared with ₹140.9 crore in the same month last year.The newly added IRB Harihara Tollways in Uttar Pradesh also contributed significantly, reporting a full month toll revenue of ₹52.8 crore in February 2026.
Large Road Asset Portfolio Across India
IRB is one of India’s leading private toll roads and highways concessionaires. The group has an asset base of around ₹94,000 crore spread across 13 states.The company also holds a 44 percent share in the awarded Toll Operate Transfer (TOT) segment and about a 16 percent share in the Golden Quadrilateral project.

Amitabh Murarka, Deputy CEO of IRB Infrastructure Developers, said the strong traffic growth across the group’s assets has supported higher toll collections.“The robust traffic growth across our assets and the corresponding rise in toll revenue, including the full month contribution from the newly added IRB Harihara Corridor, are encouraging,” he said.
