Trenzet Infra Files DRHP with SEBI for IPO, Plans Fresh Issue and OFS​

New Delhi, March 22: Railway-focused EPC company Trenzet Infra Ltd has filed its draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India to raise funds through an initial public offering.

IPO Structure and Fundraising Plan​

The proposed IPO comprises a fresh issue of 1.05 crore equity shares along with an offer for sale of 18 lakh shares by existing promoters. The draft papers were filed on Friday, outlining the company’s intent to tap capital markets for growth and expansion.

Utilisation of IPO Proceeds​

Trenzet Infra plans to deploy the proceeds from the fresh issue towards:
  • Meeting working capital requirements
  • Purchase of construction vehicles and equipment
  • Supporting general corporate purposes

Business Overview and Project Capabilities​

The Andhra Pradesh-based company operates as a railway-focused EPC player, with execution capabilities across a wide range of infrastructure segments. Its core areas include:
  • Bridges and structural works
  • Earthworks and track development
  • Select electrification and signalling works
Its portfolio spans projects such as:
  • Road over bridges and road under bridges
  • Girder bridges, viaducts, and flyovers
  • Reinforced earth walls and buildings
  • Piling, concreting, tunnelling, fabrication, and steel girder launching

Order Book and Execution Track Record​

As of January 31, 2026, Trenzet Infra had:
  • Executed 40 infrastructure projects across seven states
  • Delivered projects with a cumulative value of Rs 1,497 crore
  • Maintained an order book of around Rs 1,600 crore
  • Had 23 ongoing projects under execution

Financial Performance​

For FY25, the company reported:
  • Revenue from operations: Rs 333.41 crore
  • Profit after tax: Rs 26.95 crore

Lead Manager​

Unistone Capital has been appointed as the sole book running lead manager for the issue.
