Investors tracking the primary market will witness a fresh round of activity next week starting February 16, with three new initial public offerings and three stock market listings lined up. The upcoming IPO calendar remains active despite broader equity market nervousness linked to AI-led disruption fears and geopolitical tensions.

Market observers said that shares of Fractal Analytics and Aye Finance are not commanding any premium in the grey market ahead of their listing.

Three New IPOs to Open Next Week

The week will feature one mainboard IPO and two SME public issues. While the total fund raising size for all three is not fully known, the combined issue size of the two SME IPOs stands at Rs 138 crore.

Gaudium IVF & Women Health IPO

Gaudium IVF & Women Health will become the first fertility services provider to approach the capital markets through an initial public offering. The issue will open on February 20 and close on February 24.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 1.13 crore equity shares and an offer for sale of 94.93 lakh shares by promoter and founder Dr Manika Khanna. The total fund raising amount is yet to be disclosed as the company has not released its price band.

Fractal Industries IPO

Fractal Industries, a garment manufacturing and supply chain firm, will launch its Rs 49 crore IPO on February 16. The issue will close on February 18.

The IPO is entirely a fresh issue, with a price band fixed at Rs 205 to Rs 216 per share.

Yashhtej Industries IPO

Yashhtej Industries, engaged in soybean crude oil and soybean de-oiled cake production, will open its Rs 89 crore IPO on February 18. The company aims to raise Rs 88.87 crore through a fixed price issue at Rs 110 per share.

SME IPO Closing and Upcoming Listing

Marushika Technology, an SME company involved in IT and telecom infrastructure product distribution, will close its IPO on February 16. The issue was subscribed 78 percent until February 13.

Its shares are scheduled to list on NSE Emerge on February 19.

Mainboard Listings: Fractal Analytics and Aye Finance

Two mainboard companies will make their stock market debut on February 16.

Fractal Analytics’ Rs 2,840 crore IPO was subscribed 2.66 times. The Rs 1,010 crore public issue of NBFC Aye Finance received 97 percent subscription during February 9 to February 11.

Market observers said that both Fractal Analytics and Aye Finance IPO shares are not getting any premium in the grey market. Investors typically monitor the grey market, an unofficial trading space where IPO shares are exchanged prior to listing, to gauge potential listing prices.

Primary Market Remains Active

With three fresh public issues and three listings scheduled in a single week, the primary market is set for steady action. The pipeline suggests continued participation from issuers across both mainboard and SME segments despite volatility in the broader equity market.
