Graphite India is set to pay a final dividend of ₹7 per share, while KPR Mill shareholders will receive ₹2.5 per share.

Tuesday brings structural changes and payouts from several companies. Pondy Oxides & Chemicals has fixed July 21 as the record date for its 2:5 stock split. Pharma heavyweight Abbott India stands out by offering a dual reward: a final dividend of ₹525 per share and a special dividend of ₹131 per share. Telecom major Bharti Airtel will distribute ₹24 per share, joining Sasken Technologies (₹13) and Voltamp Transformers (₹100).

Structural Share Adjustments: Splits and Bonus Issues​

Kalind has scheduled a dual corporate action on Friday, including both a 1:2 bonus issue and a stock split. This move will reduce the face value of its shares from ₹10 to ₹2.
