Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited has issued a corporate guarantee in favor of multiple lenders supporting financing facilities up to USD 575 million availed by its subsidiary, IKS Inc. The guarantee relates to funds that the company expects to be utilized, in part, toward refinancing existing debt obligations of IKS Inc.The Company provided the corporate guarantee for a maximum aggregate amount of USD 603,750,000. This guarantee is extended in relation to facilities available to IKS Inc., which operates in connection with its acquisition of TruBridge, Inc.
Lenders named as original beneficiaries include Citibank N.A., Deutsche Bank AG Singapore Branch, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Hong Kong Branch, Export-Import Bank of India, London Branch, and any subsequent parties who become lenders. Axis Trustee Services Ltd., GIFT City Branch, serves as the security agent and agent to the lenders in this matter.
Refinancing Efforts and Guarantee Release
As part of IKS Inc.’s financing strategy, the company proceeded with refinancing an existing term loan facility that was originally availed in FY 2025-26. This refinanced facility amounted to USD 70,000,000.Consequently, the existing corporate guarantee provided by Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited for this specific Refinanced Facility, which totaled USD 77,000,000, has been released.
