The loans are secured against the vehicle for which the loan was obtained from Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited, with a sanctioned interest rate of 9.79%. The total amount outstanding for revolving facilities like cash credit stands at 0.06 INR Crores, including an amount of default of 0.06 INR Crores against these facilities.

The company has defaulted on the last installment of the Loan against Vehicle obtained from Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited. Regarding this loan, the vehicle is currently in the possession of Mr. Man Mohan Gupta, described as the past Managing Director of the company.

The management stated that the past Managing Director fraudulently shifted the entire business and its Intellectual Property to other entities formed by him. The company's management has repeatedly requested Mr. Gupt to either return the vehicle or clear the outstanding debts owed to Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited, which would allow the loan to be settled. However, the past Managing Director has reportedly not cooperated with the company until now, resulting in the last installment of the Loan against Vehicle remaining outstanding.
