Interarch Inaugurates State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Facility in Kheda, Boosting Pan-India Capacity​

Kheda, Gujarat | July 9, 2026: Interarch Building Solutions Limited, a leading provider of turnkey steel construction solutions across India, inaugurated its new manufacturing facility in Kheda, Gujarat. The milestone significantly strengthens the company's operational footprint and capacity to serve industrial clients nationwide.

The facility spans nearly 12 acres and has been designed with complete supporting infrastructure, including roads and essential support systems, to achieve a total installed capacity of 40,000 MT per annum.

The expansion is staged across two phases, underpinned by a combined investment totaling approximately ₹70 crore. Phase I, which was inaugurated on July 9, established 20,000 MT per annum of manufacturing capacity with an initial investment of ₹60 crore. The subsequent Phase II will add the remaining 20,000 MT per annum, bringing Interarch’s total installed capacity to 40,000 MT annually.

Key details regarding the new facility are presented below:


The strategic location of the Kheda facility is set to enhance Interarch’s service capabilities across Western and Central India. Furthermore, the proximity to key ports strengthens the company's export readiness. The new unit is projected to create more than 400 direct and indirect employment opportunities, contributing significantly to Gujarat's industrial development.

Interarch has cultivated a robust presence in Gujarat, serving major organizations such as Adani, Reliance, Aditya Birla Group, Asian Paints, BKT Tires, MG Motors, Torrent Power, Hitachi, Renew Solar, and Sun Solar, among other prominent clients.

Commenting on the inauguration, Mr. Arvind Nanda, Managing Director of Interarch Building Solutions Limited, stated that the investment reflects the company's long-term confidence in India’s manufacturing story. He highlighted that the Kheda facility arrives at a pivotal time to meet the growing demand for high-quality, sustainable steel construction solutions amidst industrial transformation across the country.

Mr. Gautam Suri, Whole Time Director, added that commissioning the Gujarat facility effectively expands their manufacturing network nationwide while simultaneously enhancing export capabilities. He noted that the advanced manufacturing technologies integrated into the plant are designed to boost productivity and quality, positioning Interarch to deliver smarter and more sustainable steel construction solutions as demand grows from sectors including logistics, data centres, EVs, and renewable energy.

The Kheda facility is identified as a cornerstone of Interarch's long-term expansion strategy, solidifying its leadership within India’s pre-engineered steel construction industry by enabling the delivery of high-performance solutions across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
