Intellecap Advisory Services Private Limited and Avio Smart Market Stack Limited (formerly Bartronics India Limited) have forged a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at bolstering Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs), and Producer Enterprises (PEs). The collaboration will drive digital transformation, enhance financial inclusion, improve market access, and support export readiness across India's rural value chains.

The partnership unites Intellecap’s expertise in strengthening rural enterprises and producer institutions with Avio Stack's SMART platform. This unified digital ecosystem is designed to assist farmer organizations through integrated technology, financial services, and market enablement solutions, fostering inclusive growth and scalable agricultural transformation across various regions.

The core objective of the collaboration is to accelerate the digital transition of FPOs and PEs. The initiative aims to enable operational digitization, improve access to necessary financial services, strengthen domestic and export market linkages, and support technology adoption in areas such as traceability, productivity, quality management, and supply chain efficiency.

Defined Roles and Digital Capabilities​

The collaboration establishes specific roles for both companies to collectively enhance the digital, financial, and market capabilities of farming communities.

Intellecap will focus on facilitating the identification and onboarding of FPOs and Producer Enterprises onto the AVIO SMART platform. This role includes supporting the implementation of programs focused on operational efficiency, digital adoption, financial inclusion, and improved market access.

Avio Stack will provide end-to-end digital capabilities via the AVIO SMART platform. The platform features farmer onboarding, inventory tracking, transaction recording, procurement management, and operational monitoring. Avio Smart Market Stack Limited (ASMS) will ensure effective adoption through technical support, user training, troubleshooting, and capacity building for procurement and market intelligence.

Furthermore, ASMS will facilitate connectivity to banks, financial institutions, fintech partners, and digital lending ecosystems. This includes supporting domestic and export market linkages, as well as initiatives related to branding, packaging, traceability, quality compliance, and certification for international markets.

Commenting on the strategic alliance, Dr Raja Krishna Murthy M, Head of Agri Tech Business at Avio Smart Market Stack Limited, stated that Farmer Producer Organisations are critical in building a resilient agricultural ecosystem.
