Inspirisys Solutions Limited has successfully concluded a legal dispute with Kerala Medical Services Corporation Limited (KMSCL) through amicable mediation and subsequent court orders. The matter, which involved services rendered by Inspirisys to KMSCL under a 2011 tender, was fully settled on April 10, 2026.The litigation arose from disputes related to the contract awarded in 2011. The matter was referred through arbitration and subsequently entered mediation proceedings. According to the settlement reached between both parties, Inspirisys Solutions Limited has received the certified copy of the order from the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam on June 03, 2026, officially disposing of the case.
As part of the settlement terms, the Company paid an amount of Rs. 7,68,300/- towards a Bank Guarantee during the mediation proceedings. The resolution achieved means that the demand amounting to Rs. 75.89 lakhs raised against Inspirisys Solutions Limited has been resolved and disposed of in terms of the settlement and the court's order.
The terms of the settlement stipulate that all claims and counterclaims between the parties, including the amount paid towards the Bank Guarantee, have been mutually waived and finally settled.
