
Jaipur, January 16, 2026: Insolation Energy Limited (BSE: INA) said its wholly owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Bondada Engineering Limited for the supply of solar modules for upcoming solar power projects.
Deal Details and Timeline
Under the agreement, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited will act as a priority supplier of solar modules to Bondada Engineering Limited for projects scheduled between January 2027 and December 2028. The modules will be supplied under the domestic manufacturing framework covering both ALMM-1 and ALMM-II, aligned with the Make in India solar cell and module ecosystem.The arrangement has been structured to ensure continuity and security of module supply over the two-year period, particularly in anticipation of the expanded ALMM-II framework coming into effect.
