Innovision Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Innovision Ltd. announced today, March 23, 2026, that the trading window for dealing in the company’s securities will be closed. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
The date for the Board of Directors meeting, which will include the approval of the financial results, will be communicated separately.
