Management Perspective on Toll Management Strategy

Lt. Col. Randeep Hundal, Chairman & Managing Director of Innovision Limited, commented on the development, noting that the Aashpur Fee Plaza mandate reinforces the company’s continued commitment to the toll management vertical. He stated that the achievement is reflective of their approach in participating in open and competitive processes, thereby strengthening credentials for future bidding opportunities.

The Chairman elaborated on the operational model, clarifying that the underlying framework remains asset-light, requiring working capital but allowing portfolio expansion without a proportional increase in capital intensity.

Regarding the financial structure, Mr. Hundal explained that the commercial consideration of ₹ 83,29,29,635 reflects the gross value of the engagement under the toll collection framework. In this model, collections are remitted to NHAI, and the Company retains an agreed spread. He advised that this figure should not be interpreted as an expected direct or proportionate addition to net revenue. The more meaningful measure of performance in the vertical is the aggregate contribution across their expanding plaza portfolio.

Looking ahead, Innovision intends to maintain disciplined participation across the pipeline of NHAI’s toll asset tenders, in line with the sector shift toward fully digital fee collection and opportunities presented by NHAI's continuing pipeline.

Innovision Limited operates as a diversified service company offering solutions spanning manpower outsourcing and integrated services management.
