Innovative Tyres & Tubes Limited has confirmed the departure of Ms. Shweta Pankaj Sharma from its ranks. Ms. Sharma was serving in the capacity of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.The transition from her role was effective from the close of working hours on 18th April 2026.
The company confirmed that during her tenure, all responsibilities and duties assigned to Ms. Sharma were duly handed over, and necessary clearances were obtained according to company policies.
Munish Chawla, Managing Director and Director of Innovative Tyres & Tubes Limited, issued the acknowledgement regarding the change in personnel.
