During his tenure, Mr. Sekhar Natarajan held several critical roles, including Chairman of the Board, as well as membership in the Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. The company confirmed that its Board of Directors will appoint a new Independent Director to fill this position within the statutory timeline.
Following Mr. Natarajan’s retirement, the Board appointed Mr. Sunil Khanduja (DIN: 10041581) as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. This appointment is effective from July 27, 2026.
