Bengaluru, January 15, 2026: Infosys Limited has completed the merger of its two wholly owned step-down subsidiaries in Romania, consolidating operations under a single entity as part of its overseas organisational streamlining.
The merger brings together In-tech Engineering Services S.R.L., Romania and ProIT S.R.L., Romania, with the combined entity now operating under the name In-tech Engineering S.R.L. The transaction was completed on January 8, 2026, with the parent company receiving formal confirmation of the completion on January 14.
The consolidation is expected to enhance operational efficiency, simplify the corporate structure, and support better alignment of engineering and technology services within the group’s European operations. Both entities were fully owned within the Infosys group prior to the merger, and no change has been indicated in ownership or control following the integration.
