Infosys Limited has announced the appointment of Diane Enberg Jurgens as an additional Independent Director, while also confirming the re-appointment of Helene Auriol Potier to the Board. Ms. Jurgens, a strategic Board Member and Technologist, brings extensive global C-suite experience and a proven track record in leading transformations across multiple industries. She currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the boards of Standard Chartered and World 50.
Ms. Jurgens’s extensive professional history includes serving as Chief Information Officer for The Walt Disney Company from 2020 to 2023, where she led enterprise technology, and as Chief Technology Officer at BHP from 2015 to 2020. During her tenure in Shanghai, she served as President & Managing Director of Shanghai OnStar Telematics (2012–2015). She holds an MBA from Seattle University and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Washington.
For the second key appointment, Helene Auriol Potier has been re-appointed as an Independent Director for five years, spanning from May 26, 2026, to May 25, 2031.
