Info Edge (India) Limited announced on March 23, 2026, that its Committee of Executive Directors has approved an investment of approximately Rs. 15 Crores in Startup Investments (Holding) Limited (SIHL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.

SIHL, incorporated on March 4, 2015, is based in New Delhi and engaged in direct or indirect investments in tech companies and related activities, including investments in Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). As of March 31, 2025, SIHL reported a turnover of Nil, a profit after tax of 0.86 Crores, and a networth of -209.50 Crores.

The investment will be made in the form of 7,00,607 Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) at an issue price of Rs. 214.10 per CCD, including a premium of Rs. 114.10 per CCD. Following the investment, SIHL will remain a wholly-owned subsidiary of Info Edge.

The transaction is considered a related-party transaction as Info Edge already holds a 100% stake in SIHL. The investment is expected to be completed within 30 days.
