Operational and Financial Notes​

The Group continues to have a significant customer that contributes substantially to the revenue from operations, as well as outstanding trade receivables and unbilled revenue as of June 30, 2026. The management stated that this customer has prepared its financial results on a going concern basis, and the company remains confident that the carrying amount of related assets will be recovered in the normal course of business.

Indus Towers Employees Welfare Trust, established for administering the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP), transferred 12,738 equity shares to employees during the quarter ended June 30, 2026. As of that date, the Trust holds 960,215 shares of the company.
