His career at Airtel included senior finance leadership roles covering business planning, analytics, consolidation, taxation, and management reporting while he headed the finance function for Airtel's AP and MPCG operations across Mobile, Telemedia, and DTH businesses.
Mr. Maheshwari’s earlier professional experience includes work with Maruti Udyog Limited in budgeting and cost reporting capacities. He began his career at Lodha & Company, handling statutory audits, tax audits, and consulting assignments for large corporates. Mr. Maheshwari holds a B. Com Hons degree and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), having qualified in 2005.
