
Indus Infra Trust’s Investment Manager Approves Rs 3,563 Crore Loan for Debt Refinancing and Names New Valuer
The Board of Directors of GR Highways Investment Manager Private Limited, acting as the Investment Manager for the Indus Infra Trust, approved two key matters during a meeting held on June 26, 2026. These decisions involve securing significant financing for the Trust's assets and appointing a new professional to handle valuation duties.The Trust has been granted approval to avail rupee term loan facilities of up to Rs 3,563 Crore from Union Bank of India. This facility is designated for refinancing existing indebtedness associated with assets that have been acquired or are proposed to be acquired by the Indus Infra Trust.
In addition to the financing approval, the meeting addressed the appointment of a new Valuer for the coming financial year. CA Jayesh Kumar Parasmal Shah, who is a Registered Valuer with IBBI (Registration No.: IBBI/RV/07/2020/13066), has been appointed as the Trust's Valuer for Financial Year 2026-27. This appointment remains subject to the necessary approval of the Unitholders.
