Indus Infra Trust Acquires Controlling Interest in KNR Ramagiri Infra Private Limited
Indus Infra Trust has successfully completed the acquisition of controlling interest and substantially all of the equity share capital of KNR Ramagiri Infra Private Limited (KNRRIPL). The transaction, which was finalized on June 11, 2026, saw Indus Infra Trust acting as the Buyer and KNR Constructions Limited identified as the Seller.The acquisition involves transferring virtually all equity shares of KNRRIPL to Indus Infra Trust. However, a balance of 488 equity shares remains with the Seller. These remaining shares are scheduled for transfer to the Trust, and steps are currently underway to complete this process in compliance with applicable laws and transaction documents.
Despite the pending transfer of the Balance Shares, the Trust has secured control over KNRRIPL as of June 11, 2026.
