Indus Infra Trust Acquires 100% Equity Stake in ULCCS Kasaragod Expressway Private Limited
Indus Infra Trust has successfully acquired 100% equity share capital and beneficial interest of Uralungal Labour Contract Co-operative Society Limited (ULCCS) in Ulkalungal Labour Contract Co-operative Society Limited (Seller) from the expressway entity, UKEPL.The transaction confirms that Indus Infra Trust (the Buyer) obtained full ownership of ULCCS Kasaragod Expressway Private Limited (UKEPL). The acquisition finalized the transfer of all equity shares of UKEPL to the Buyer, with one exception.
While the majority of the shares were transferred immediately following the transaction, a single equity share held by the Seller's Nominee remains outstanding. This remaining share is slated for eventual transfer to the nominee of the Indus Infra Trust. Steps are currently underway to effect this final transfer in accordance with applicable laws and the transaction documents.
