Indus Infra Trust Acquires 100% Equity of UKEPL in Expressways Transaction
Indus Infra Trust has successfully acquired the equity share capital and beneficial interest of ULCCS Kasaragod Expressway Private Limited (UKEPL). The acquisition was completed from Uralungal Labour Contract Co-operative Society Limited.The transaction marks a significant step for Indus Infra Trust, which has taken over UKEPL. According to the details of the purchase, all equity shares of UKEPL were transferred to Indus Infra Trust, with the exception of one share held by the Seller's Nominee.
Necessary steps are currently underway to facilitate the transfer of the remaining single equity share to the Buyer's nominee in accordance with applicable laws and transaction documents.
