Mr. Kunal Arora (DIN: 10681917) joins the board as an Additional Non-Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer & Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), also pending shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Vansh Arora (DIN: 10340704) has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director, subject to shareholder approval.
