Kolkata – Indus Aluminium Recyclers Limited (formerly Containerway International Ltd.) announced several changes to its board of directors and key management personnel on March 25, 2026.Mr. Pankeet Pankajkumar Aundhiya (DIN: 11191419) has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a period of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Kunal Arora (DIN: 10681917) joins the board as an Additional Non-Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer & Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), also pending shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Vansh Arora (DIN: 10340704) has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director, subject to shareholder approval.
