Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Indsil Hydro Power and Manganese Ltd. has announced a closure of its trading window for equity shares, effective April 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect for 48 hours following the release of the company’s audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.The company will announce the date of the board meeting to approve the audited financial results at a later time. During this trading window closure, designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's securities.
The move is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct.
