Indokem Ltd. Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons
Indokem Ltd. (Scrip Code: 504092) has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure, in accordance with the company’s internal code of conduct and SEBI regulations, commenced on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of Indokem Ltd.’s financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The date for the financial results announcement will be disclosed at a later time.
In compliance with SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, the PANs of designated persons will be frozen by Central Depository Services (India) Limited (Designated Depository) for trading in the company's securities during the window closure period.
