The Board of Directors of Indogulf Cropsciences Ltd appointed M/s NJ & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2025-26. The appointment was made following the recommendation of the Audit Committee during a Board meeting held on April 07, 2026.
