The company stated that the committee composition detailed in the Outcome of the Board Meeting dated July 10, 2026, is now read as effective from April 21, 2026, corresponding to the effective date of the Directors' appointments and resignations.

Indo Us Biotech Limited confirmed that all other disclosures and contents of the Outcome of the Board Meeting dated July 10, 2026 shall remain unchanged, pending this clarification regarding the effective date of the committee reconstitution.
