In connection with his status as a non-promoter, Mr Shah confirmed he is neither a Key Managerial Person (KMP) nor is a willful defaulter or fugitive economic offender as per RBI Guidelines. He also certified that, along with related persons, he holds no shares in the Company.
The company confirmed that since Pradip Bachubhai Shah does not hold any shares of Ishaan Infrastructures and Shelters Ltd as on the date, the proposed re-classification will not have an impact on the overall shareholding of the promoter group in the Company.
The matter has been scheduled to be placed before the Board of Directors of the company at its upcoming meeting for consideration, where the necessary steps and approvals concerning the status change will be undertaken.
