IndiQube Signs ₹52 Crore Workspace Deal with Leading Consulting Firm in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, India, 1st June 2026: IndiQube Spaces Limited, a leading tech enabled workspace solutions platform, announced the signing of a ₹52 crore workspace deal. This transaction involves a leading consulting and management services company and secures a five-year tenure in Yelahanka, North Bengaluru.

The deal is substantial, covering over 700 seats and marks a significant enterprise mandate for IndiQube in one of Bengaluru's rapidly expanding commercial corridors. This agreement underscores a larger trend observed within India's office market, where consulting, professional services, and knowledge led enterprises are increasingly seeking workspaces that support faster team deployment, business continuity, operational flexibility, and enhanced employee experiences.

The region of North Bengaluru is gaining prominence as a key office destination. As commercial activity expands beyond traditional core corridors and infrastructure improves, occupiers are prioritizing locations in North Bengaluru for their access to talent pools, residential catchments, and relative low congestion compared to more mature micro markets.

Rishi Das, Co-founder & CEO, noted that this mandate reflects the evolving nature of workplace decision making among large enterprises in the consulting and adjacent knowledge sectors. He stated that companies are looking beyond conventional office delivery models, prioritizing speed, reliability, and the ability to scale with lower operational friction. Das also reinforced the view that managed workspaces are becoming a strategic outsourcing solution for enterprises’ holistic workspace requirements.

Meghna Agarwal, Co-founder, highlighted the client's focus on both experience and performance. Agarwal mentioned that the space was designed to support various workstyles while ensuring operational reliability, incorporating wellness rooms, collaborative zones, phone booths, focus rooms, and strong IT and server infrastructure. She added that the deal demonstrated the value of a full stack workspace platform, integrating design, operations, hospitality, and technology to support long term business needs.
