New Delhi, March 20: Real estate firm IndiQube Spaces Ltd has leased 1,140 desks to a foreign client at its co-working facility in Pune, strengthening its position in the growing Global Capability Centre (GCC) segment.The company confirmed that the international firm will establish a GCC at the newly leased workspace, reflecting continued demand for managed office solutions in key business hubs.
Deal Valued at ₹54 Crore Across Five-Year Tenure
In a regulatory filing on Friday, IndiQube Spaces stated that it has signed a leasing agreement with a leading GCC client at its IndiQube Orchid centre in Pune.The company said the client has taken up 1,140 seats spread across multiple floors at the facility. The total deal value is estimated at approximately ₹54 crore over a tenure of five years, providing stable rental income visibility for the company.
IndiQube’s Growing Footprint in Flexible Workspaces
IndiQube Spaces, which was listed on the stock exchanges last year, continues to expand its presence across India. The company currently operates in 17 cities, managing a portfolio of more than 9.55 million square feet.The latest transaction highlights sustained demand for flexible and managed office spaces, particularly from global firms setting up or expanding their GCC operations in India.
